<p>一直以來，物聯網(IoT)的市場發展相當受到矚目，而在人工智慧(AI)技術與物聯網相結合之後，所衍生的AIoT應用與市場機會更是使其成為業者產品研發的焦點，以期可以最創新的AIoT產品競逐市場商機。在今年「台灣國際人工智慧暨物聯網展」的南港IC育成中心發表暨展覽會中，共有十一家知名企業參展，展示最新技術成果，吸引了眾多業界專家和愛好者的目光。參展企業包括塔台智能、萬勝發科技、麗鴻科技、寬緯科技、繁晶科技、錸新科技、聖德斯貴、聚典資訊、訊灝晶片、天狼星電子及振生半導體，全面呈現物聯網與AI領域的創新實力，帶來未來產業發展的最新趨勢。</p>
<p><strong>把關AIoT裝置電氣安全——萬勝發聚焦USB Type-C PD保護元件研發</strong></p>
<p>AIoT應用涵蓋的領域相當廣泛，舉凡智慧手錶、智慧型手機，到筆記型電腦、PC，甚至智慧車輛都可以囊括在AIoT裝置的定義之中，而這些裝置需要與外部裝置或是人們進一步「互動」的方式，通常需要倚賴有線與無線通訊介面技術。目前，最常見的有線介面為即將大一統有線傳輸領域的USB Type-C。</p>
<p>自成立初期專注於開發應用於電視和機上盒(STB)的電源管理IC (PMIC)的萬勝發科技，擁有多年累積的混合訊號技術研發能力。萬勝發科技行銷業務副總李景耀表示，看準越來越多AIoT裝置朝高電壓邁進，並以USB Type-C作為傳輸接口，支援USB Type-C PD充放電技術，且USB Type-C PD電壓規格也不斷提高，保護元件的需求也跟著水漲船高。因此，萬勝發科技以公司高壓混合訊號電源管理IC核心技術為基礎推出一系列USB Type-C解決方案，包括內建功率開關的USB Type-C下行埠(DFP)控制器、Type-C VBUS功率開關，以及Type-C端口保護器等產品。</p>

<p>李景耀指出，鎖定USB Type-C保護解決方案產品開發的主因在於，隨著歐盟頒佈《DIRECTIVE (EU) 2022/2380》指令，符合13類Radio Equipment定義的產品若要在歐盟市場銷售，必須使用USB Type-C作為充電接口；再加上客戶對系統保護要求日益嚴格，以及現今的裝置皆走向輕薄、短小的外觀設計，使得傳統的被動保護元件和多種離散元件組成的保護電路已難以滿足需求，更凸顯出主動式保護元件，如電子保險絲(eFuse) IC的優勢。因此，即使目前在保護元件市場中充斥著許多知名的業者，萬勝發科技可根據不同的應用和客戶需求，開發一系列的eFuse保護零組件，讓客戶的電路設計具備設計彈性，「這是不僅是萬勝發科技的核心競爭力，我們的產品還能為客戶帶來更多高效保護與成本優勢，因此無須擔心所謂的『高整合』電源產品，會影響萬勝發科技保護元件的市場空間。」李景耀強調。</p>
<p>除了，USB Type-C解決方案之外，萬勝發科技的產品還包含電平轉換器、負載開關、USB Type-A解決方案、全電壓範圍電子保險絲，以及高壓線性穩壓器。未來，萬勝發科技將以Type C PD應用為產品開發的核心，推出Type C PD 3.1應用相關產品，與40/60V/80伏特eFuse，並計劃進一步拓展至PC、消費性電子、汽車電子、工業控制等領域。</p>
<p><strong>AIoT裝置「互動」關鍵——天狼星電子專注短距無線射頻技術</strong></p>
<p>AIoT裝置之所以能夠具備智慧，除了AI技術的協助之外，各式有線及無線通訊技術也將扮演重要角色，透過通訊技術不僅可與外界人及物溝通，也能將資訊上傳雲端進行分析、訓練，以不斷強化自身的智慧。雖然有線傳輸介面已開始「萬流歸一」；但無線技術方面仍是百家爭鳴的狀況，更何況AIoT裝置輕薄、低功耗已成大勢所趨，因此為相關產品製造商帶來不少設計挑戰。</p>

<p>值得一提的是，由於天狼星電子在無線射頻IP技術的開發經驗豐厚及堅強的研發團隊，再加上與短距離無線業界領導的夥伴密切合作，吳駿邦指出，早在2023年天狼星電子早已領先IP 業界率先推出Wi-Fi 6/6E射頻IP技術，並領先業界率先提供RFD interface等技術服務，除了協助客戶實現更高度整合解決方案，在設計過程中可以縮短至少8~10個月的開發週期，還能進一步節省龐大的開發成本。新的Wi-Fi 7 射頻IP，目前已經進入頻寬升級，從80MHz提升到160MHz，甚至到320MHz，目標將提供更高階的規格及高吞吐的應用範疇 同時也會針對車用市場提供相關的解決方案，協助客戶提升產品競爭優勢。</p>

<p><strong>AIoT時代最佳資安工具——振生後量子密碼學安全晶片固若金湯</strong></p>
<p>AIoT應用組成要素除了作為與外界互動的通訊技術外，還有各式各樣的感測器作為機器感知外界的橋樑，而裝置內部的處理器大腦與記憶體則是處理與儲存著使用者各式各樣的「機密」。這些機密或隱私如何防止被有心人士竊取，進而造成人身安全的危害或財產的損失，也隨即成為AIoT時代的重要議題。</p>
